Our Story

Heartwood Senior Care was founded by individuals whose lives have long been connected to caregiving and service.

We were raised in families whose careers were dedicated to caregiving, healthcare, and supporting seniors and families in need. Their example instilled in us a deep respect for the importance of compassionate, dependable care and inspired our own involvement in serving others.

 

Over the years, we have worked closely with seniors, families, caregivers, and care professionals, gaining firsthand insight into the challenges families face when seeking support for a loved one. Through those experiences, we saw the need for a more personal approach—one that values meaningful relationships, thoughtful caregiver matching, and individualized support. Those principles became the foundation of Heartwood Senior Care.

 

The name Heartwood was chosen to reflect the strength, stability, and enduring support that families seek during life's changing seasons. Today, we remain committed to helping seniors live life on their terms while providing families with a trusted partner and a source of dependable support.
