Our rates are customized based on the client's care needs, schedule, and number of care hours requested. We offer flexible care options, and longer shifts may qualify for reduced hourly rates. Contact us to schedule a complimentary assessment, and we'll provide a personalized quote tailored to your loved one's needs.
Yes. We work with many long-term care insurance policies and can assist with the reimbursement process by providing invoices and supporting documentation. In most cases, clients pay for services directly and are reimbursed by their long-term care insurance carrier according to their policy benefits.
Caregiver absences can happen, which is why Heartwood Senior Care maintains a network of pre-screened caregivers who may be available to help when coverage is needed. If a caregiver requests time off or experiences an emergency, we make every reasonable effort to arrange a qualified replacement and minimize disruptions to your care schedule.
We understand that a successful caregiving relationship depends on both compatibility and meeting the client's care needs. If concerns arise, we encourage you to let us know right away. Depending on the situation, we may provide additional guidance and support to the caregiver and follow up with you to ensure the issue has been resolved. If a different caregiver would be a better fit, we will work to find another qualified caregiver who better matches your needs, preferences, and care requirements.

Direct Bank Transfer (initiated through the client's bank)
Other approved electronic payment methods
Payments made by credit or debit card are subject to payment processing fees. Any applicable fees will be disclosed prior to processing. Clients may avoid such fees by paying via personal check, bank bill pay check, Zelle or direct bank transfer.
